 , who wanted me to draw Anthony Kiedis, lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.She sent me three pictures to choose from, and I picked this one for these reasons: I knew this one would be the best-looking one when drawn in black and white with pens, and I also knew that no matter the medium I used to complete it, it would be the most challenging one to do overall. So here it is. I hope she enjoys it. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. It's not often that one of my drawings sends someone into a dream-state, so I think I am flattered.
This was done courtesy of my pen-and-ink technique. I used a few different pens to pull this off, and I'm very relieved it came out okay. Pens have a nasty habit of being unerasable.
